fiber glass fuel tank?
I’m wanting to redo my entire bike but, the gas tank won’t match. I want to know of any special techniques for building a motorcycle gas tank with fiber glass. And, I’d like to know what kind of resin is recommended for dealing with fuel. Any takers? I’d really appreciate the help.
Well, I’ve seen other products so, I know it’s not impossible. (ie. http://www.oppracing.com/products/43-fuel-tanks-fuel-cells/)
I’m just trying to figure out how to do it myself.
fiberglass fuel tank is never a good idea.
