Paintball CO2?

I’m planning on buying a Paintball gun but I wanted to know, the 14 oz CO2 tank instead of going to the paintball field to refill it could i just refill it with the air supplied at the gas station?

P.S How many shots can I get out of a 14 oz CO2 bottle?

A CO2 tank should only be filled with CO2. For compressed air you need a different type of tank that can withstand higher pressures, so don’t fill the CO2 tank with air.

14 oz will yield about 300 shots.
