max buget is 260 after tax with a paintball case worth 35 so preety much i got $225 to spend on a gun package im either buying from

probably from 1st link. what i am buying is a full package so co2, good mask, hopper, and gun. im thinking of iether the A5 or tippman 98. what is the differrnce between the two.

BUT WHY IS THE A5 BETTER?

A-5 comes with a Cyclone feed. While you don’t need faster feeding with the stock mechanical trigger, the more consistent feeding helps eliminate blank shots you could get with plain gravity-fed hoppers. Field-strippable without tools is a nice touch, although a properly & routinely maintained marker doesn’t need to be disassembled in a hurry (cuz it won’t be having any problems).

98 Custom lets you use any hopper you want, and it’s a little bit lighter. Has picatinny rails for attaching a variety of accessories quickly & easily. It’s also cheaper, which is always a major deciding factor for me, lol.

Other than that, there isn’t much difference. Performance, durability, reliability, & available upgrades are the same. Really comes down to preference, what you want your marker to have right out of the box, & what you’re willing to pay (or able to pay).
